1.Products

Products are original artworks realized by Jean-Baptiste Fort. They are presented on the site with a description that describes their essential characteristics and price.

a) The buyer choose the photography he wishes to purchase and select the options or characteristics he wants.

b) He confirms his choices, acknowledges and accepts the Terms herein by checking a box during the checkout process.

c) He proceed to the payment and receives an email confirmation.

2. Price and payment

The price of the products is determined by the vendor. It is stated in euros, including taxes, but excluding shipping costs that will be specified during the checkout. Customs duties, local taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

The payment can be made by credit card or using Paypal.

3. Security of payments


We use Stripe, a very secured payment gateway in order to guarantee the protection of your bank details during the checkout process. We use a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology. Your bank details are not registered in any of our databases.

4. Shipping methods and fees

The product will be delivered to the address provided during the checkout. The buyer must accept the shipping cost when he confirms his order. Shipping costs are 25€ for prints and 50€ for framed prints.


The product is placed in an art-secure packaging in order to guarantee a complete protection. Depending on the product options chosen and the shipping zone, the product will be delivered within 6-21 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the buyer will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate justification, except in legal exceptions.
